The homeowner’s vision was to create an elegant landscape with an active family lifestyle. The backyard provides an array of activities for everybody. The putting green and lawn area are both installed using synthetic turf, at different length and texture for each. Artificial turf is made to last as well as look luxurious.
Inspiration
Landscape and lighting matched perfectly to this beautiful home in the hills of Piedmont. The planter boxes are made out of Corten Steel which overtime creates a rustic look that blends well with the elegance of the yard.
Process and Transformation
Note the sport court wall made out of IPE for the basketball area, that was stained to match the newly installed horizontal redwood fencing for a more unique look.
The outdoor dining area is placed on a decomposed granite (gold fines) surrounded by more artificial turf and created for large family dinners and enjoyment. The BBQ island is also custom with a concrete counter
